Project
Responsibilities you'll have
- Support the identification and definition of ICT disruption scenarios and map them to relevant Critical Important Functions (CIFs)
- Contribute to the development of the ICT Business Continuity Planning (ICT BCP) framework and templates and supporting documentation
- Assist in designing and implementing ICT BCP testing methodologies based on Business Continuity, Crisis Management & Recovery (BCCM&R) standards
- Plan, facilitate, and coordinate workshops with key stakeholders to develop and maintain ICT Business Continuity Plans
- Monitor and track actions arising from meetings, coordinate follow-up activities, and provide timely updates to the Delivery Lead for project reporting purposes
- Collaborate closely with the DORA Programme and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of ICT BCP scope, content, and regulatory requirements
- Support the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ICT BCP governance documentation and lifecycle management processes
- Prepare project documentation, presentations, status reports, and other delivery materials required throughout the project lifecycle
- Engage with multiple business and technology teams to gather requirements, consolidate inputs, and ensure consistent implementation of ICT continuity standards
Expected competences and knowledge
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Continuity Management, Business Continuity Planning, or Operational Resilience initiatives
- Good understanding of ICT Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery, Operational Resilience, and Crisis Management frameworks
- Strong knowledge of DORA and other relevant regulatory requirements related to ICT resilience within the Financial Services Industry (FSI)
- Previous hands-on experience working on Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or Operational Resilience projects in a financial services environment
- Experience creating and maintaining frameworks, policies, procedures, governance documentation, and operational processes
- Ability to prepare high-quality project documentation, presentations, reports, and stakeholder-facing materials
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and coordinate activities across multiple teams
- Experience working in complex projects with multiple workstreams, deliverables, and dependencies
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to gather and rationalize input from various stakeholders and translate requirements into practical solutions
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in dynamic and cross-functional environments
