PPC SUPPORT

<p><strong>Position:</strong> PPC Support / PPC Coordinator<br /> <strong>Department:</strong> Production Planning & Control (PPC)<br /> <strong>Industry:</strong> Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)<br /> <strong>Location:</strong> Narmada<br /> <strong>Experience:</strong> 3–8 years</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong><br /> To support the PPC team in production planning, order tracking, material coordination, and ensuring timely execution of PEB projects as per customer requirements and production schedules.</p><p><br /></p><p class="PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> </p><ul> <li> Assist in preparing and updating <strong>production plans and schedules</strong> for PEB projects. </li> <li> Coordinate with <strong>Design, Detailing, Purchase, Stores, Production, and Dispatch</strong> teams. </li> <li> Track project status from <strong>design release to fabrication and dispatch</strong>. </li> <li> Monitor <strong>material availability</strong> and coordinate with Stores/Purchase for shortages. </li> <li> Prepare and maintain <strong>daily/weekly production and project status reports</strong>. </li> <li> Track <strong>work orders, drawings, BOMs, and material requirements</strong>. </li> <li> Follow up on pending drawings, revisions, materials, and production activities. </li> <li> Maintain records of <strong>production targets vs. actual output</strong>. </li> <li> Highlight delays, bottlenecks, and material shortages to the PPC team. </li> <li> Support preparation of <strong>MIS reports and management dashboards</strong>. </li> <li> Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of ERP/system records. </li> <li> Coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to planned schedules. </li> <li> Assist in prioritizing urgent jobs and dispatch requirements.</li></ul><p class="PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer"><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><p> </p><ul> <li> Good knowledge of <strong>PPC and production planning processes</strong>. </li> <li> Understanding of <strong>PEB manufacturing/fabrication processes</strong> will be preferred. </li> <li> Good knowledge of <strong>MS Excel</strong> and MIS reporting. </li> <li> Experience with <strong>ERP/SAP</strong> will be an advantage. </li> <li> Good coordination and follow-up skills</li></ul>
