Xcite is seeking an experienced Automotive Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to perform high-quality PPF installations in a dealership environment. The ideal candidate has proven experience installing paint protection film, exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering a premium finished product. This position is hands-on and focused on producing consistent, high-quality installations while maintaining an organized and professional work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform expert-level installation of paint protection film (PPF) with precision, efficiency, and consistency.
- Prepare vehicle surfaces to ensure proper film adhesion and a flawless finish.
- Inspect completed installations to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace.
- Follow dealership and company procedures to ensure timely completion of assigned vehicles.
- Properly care for and maintain installation tools and equipment.
