PPIC STAFF
Summary
Plans and controls food-production schedules, inventory, and material flow to meet demand and efficiency targets in a large agribusiness.
As PPIC Staff at PT Japfa Food Indonesia, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and controlling the production process to ensure optimal efficiency and timely delivery of products, aligning with company goals and customer demands.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Develop and manage production schedules based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.
* Monitor and control raw material and finished goods inventory to prevent stockouts and overstock.
* Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement departments to optimize production planning and material availability.
* Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for process improvements.
* Prepare and maintain reports on production performance, inventory status, and material usage.
* Ensure adherence to production plans and quality standards.
* Assist in forecasting future production needs and material requirements.
* Implement and maintain proper documentation for all PPIC activities.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) within the manufacturing industry, preferably in food processing.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
