The Key Purpose of this role is to supports the MUBEX PPM, Finance, Procurement & Logistics function by delivering accurate reporting, generate data driven analysis, develop automation solutions and provide business insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Key roles and Responsibilities:

Reporting & Data Management

  • Identify and extract data from multiple sources, including databases, ERP Systems and reporting tools.

  • Create and maintain reports using SQL Queries and reporting solutions.

  • Transform data through cleansing, validation and reclassification.

Data Integrity & Issue Resolution

  • Identify, investigate and resolve data and report abnormalities.

  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and Logistics teams to correct errors and improve data accuracy.

Data Preparation & Organization

  • Structure, consolidate and prepare data for reporting and analysis.

Business & Financial Analysis

  • Analyze operational and financial data to generate meaningful reports and actionable insights.

  • Identify trends, risks, opportunities, savings and performance gaps to support decision-making.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

  • Engage with Finance, Procurement and Logistics stakeholder to support reporting requirements.

  • Provide data driven insight on business performance on stakeholder queries.

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and analysis.

Data Visualization & Presentations

  • Generate presentations and management reports.

  • Develop charts, graphs, dashboards to illustrate business performance.

Savings & Performance Tracking

  • Support the monitoring. validation and reporting of actualized Savings against target Savings.

Budgeting & Financial Assistance

  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting of Spend and savings.

KPI Monitoring & Performance Management

  • Develop, track and communicate KPI results to stakeholders.

Automation & Continuous Improvement

  • Automation opportunities through various tools such as VBA, Power Query, Python

Key Attributes and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting and visualization.

  • Knowledge of SQL, database querying and data extraction techniques.

  • Ability to perform financial analysis, reconciliation and variance investigation.

  • Strong attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and quality.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate data into business insights.

  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Finance, procurement and Logistics teams.

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify process optimization opportunities.

  • Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.

  • Knowledge of automation tools such as Python, Power Automate, VBA and similar technologies will be an advantage.

  • Demonstrate integrity, accountability and strong Stakeholder Service Mindset.

  • Eager to learn new technologies, business processes and analytical techniques.

  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast paced business environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Mathematics / Financial Analysis / Data Science / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent

  • Reporting and visualization of data.

  • Advance level in Excel.

  • Knowledge on Flow centric, Syspro and SAP. (An Advantage)

  • Programming or database management.

  • VBA, Macros, Power BI & Python. (An Advantage)

  • Procurement and basics of finance (An Advantage)
