PR/Marketing Intern

Key Tasks:
PR & Media Support

-Help manage press sample call-ins, returns, and inventory checks

-Support response to incoming inquiries from media, stylists, and KOLs

-Track media coverage across print, online, and social media, and assist with coverage reporting

Events & Activations Support

-Assist with logistics and on-site setup for press days, pop-ups, and in-store events

-Help welcome and guide invited guests, including VIPs, Media, and KOLs

Daily Operations & Administrative Support

-Help transfer and pick up products between offices and stores

-Assist with managing supplies and handling shipping logistics

Requirements

-Strong interest in fashion

-Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)

-Language: Japanese and English

-Availability: Around 3 days per week
