Practical Nurse

About the Position: This position is located in an outpatient Family Health and Internal Medicine clinic within a medical facility. The clinic provides comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population, including adults and families. Hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional extended hours or overtime as needed to meet patient care demands. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation

Provides practical nursing care to patients in the outpatient clinic with a variety of medical conditions

Performing tasks such as recording vital signs, ordering labs, tracking patient's laboratory, radiology orders and referral results to completion, and assisting in making future appointments.

Administers prescribed medications with increased independence, ensuring proper patient dosages, routes, and times are followed.

Assists in performing and managing medical procedures, physical examinations, and treatments.

Provides patient and family education tailored to specific medical conditions, treatment plans, and recovery goals.
