The Opportunity
As Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the team, creating your people culture, driving performance, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
You'll:
- Lead, coach and motivate a high performing team
- Drive operational excellence and business growth
- Create outstanding patient experiences
- Manage daily operations, staffing and rosters
- Monitor KPIs and identify growth opportunities
- Build a positive, accountable and collaborative culture
- Support clinicians to achieve outstanding results
