• An exciting opportunity to lead a 5-surgery dental practice located on the high street in Penistone

• Based close to local transport routes, and with on-site parking

• The practice offers a wide range of NHS and specialist private treatments, including Clear Correct, composite bonding, teeth whitening and implants, with the opportunity to grow the private revenue even further

• We are looking for a commercially minded manager to drive practice growth

Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets

• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship

• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators

• Interpreting financial data, including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions

• You will enjoy being part of a team that’s passionate about caring for patients and helping the nation smile.
