We have casual, full time and permanent part time roles available, with availability Monday to Saturday, so there’s flexibility to find a roster that works for you.You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of experienced nurses and general practitioners, delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in a supportive and inclusive environment. We’re building a team of well-rounded nurses who are confident across the full scope of general practice nursing, including chronic care management, so our patients and our team are supported by many skilled hands rather than relying on one person.This is a great chance to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation that puts both patients and staff at the heart of everything we do.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be involved in a wide variety of clinical tasks including, but not limited to:Administering immunisations and managing post-vaccine observationsTriage and prioritisation of emergency situationsSupporting GPs with minor surgical proceduresPreparing Care Plans and Health AssessmentsSupporting patients with chronic conditions as part of our Chronic Care Management (CCM) programWound care, including dressings and suture removalMaintaining accurate patient clinical dataProviding patient education and coaching to support health outcomesContributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented practice cultureAbout YouWe’re looking for nurses who are passionate about patient care and committed to working as part of a collaborative clinical team.
