When you join us, you're joining a team that is truly "In it together" and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our patients and communities.About the RoleWe are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our growing network of medical centres.Whether your passion is treatment room nursing, chronic disease management, preventative health, or patient education, we offer rewarding opportunities to work within supportive multidisciplinary teams across a range of locations.You'll be expected to:Deliver high-quality clinical care within a general practice settingAdminister vaccinations, medications, and perform diagnostic testing including ECGs and spirometryPerform wound care, dressings, suture removal, bandaging, and plasteringAssist with triage and emergency management when requiredSupport GPs with Health Assessments, GP Management Plans, Team Care Arrangements, and Chronic Disease Management activitiesCoordinate care and follow-up for patients living with chronic conditionsConduct health assessments and preventative health initiativesEducate patients about their conditions, treatments, and available healthcare servicesMaintain accurate clinical records and documentationSupport quality improvement, accreditation, and infection control activitiesAbout YouOur nurses are compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional healthcare outcomes.The two most important attributes in you are:A genuine passion for patient care and community healthA collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environmentIdeally, you'll have:Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)Bachelor of Nursing qualificationMinimum 2 years' clinical nursing experiencePrevious General Practice or Primary Care experience (highly regarded)Experience in Chronic Disease Management and preventative health programsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent clinical assessment and organisational abilitiesSound computer literacy and experience using clinical management systemsWhy Join Us?We are committed to supporting, growing, and empowering our teams.
