Practice Reimbursement Manager

Nemours is seeking a Practice Reimbursement Manager to join the team.

The Practice Reimbursement Manager manages and coordinates Central Business Office Practice Reimbursement activities. Responsible for all areas of insurance claims follow-up.

Essential Functions:

Ensures accurate and timely follow-up of all debit balance accounts

Contacts payers to review payment status of accounts with balances greater than $25,000

Manages collection efforts to obtain system measures

Manages days in A/R to obtain system measures

Recruits and retains staff as needed
Communicates trends and collection information to management (Including A/R, denial and trend analysis)

Requirements:

High School Diploma
More than 1 year of job-related experience
