In conjunction with the Practice Manager, the Practice Supervisor I is responsible for day-to-day operations of a secondary BHMG site geographically separated on a different campus. This position will manage a separate staff and share providers with the main campus. This position will require daily interaction with the practice physician(s) and other physicians within BHMG and the community.
Supervises clerical and clinical staff to ensure quality medical office standards. This position is also responsible for close coordination with management staff as well as staffing, scheduling, clinic compliance, inventory, institutional processes, and maintaining routine safety procedures.

Patient Access

Collects and analyzes internal and external data relating to services and opportunities within the business
community.

Provides day-to-day supervision of BHMG practice staff and programs including, employee relations (e.g.
hiring, disciplinary actions, etc.), staff schedules, annual competency evaluations and new hire training
and onboarding.
Facilitates regular staff meetings to maintain open communication.
Responsible for full day-to-day practice operations at a secondary site.
Acts as a backup in the office to cover vacancies
Practice Performance Management
Payroll Management
Responsible for ordering/ purchasing/ stocking of all patient/clinical supplies.
Assists with the development and maintenance of patient charts, including documentation and other pertinent patient information.
Collaborates and consults with Manager on services, vendor agreements and issues as needed.
Provider Engagement
Quality & Compliance
Minimum Education, Experience and Licensures Required:
Associate's degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience related to job description, or a minimum of five years' experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting program with current CMA certification from AAMA, AMT, NCCT, AAMP, NAHP preferred
Healthcare supervisory experience preferred
