Your Responsibilities
- Adressatengerechte Aufbereitung von Projekten, Programmen, Prozessen digitalen Werkzeugen und Initiativen
- Gestaltung von Informations- und Medienkampagnen in der internen Kommunikation mit Produktion und Instandhaltung
- Erstellung von Präsentationen, Simple-Shows, Interview-Videos zum Einsatz in der Kommunikation
- Unterstützung beim Betreiben von Informations- und Kommunikationskanälen sowie Mitarbeit in Change Projekten und Change Prozessen
- Didaktische Reduktion von komplexen Inhalten in Workshops mit Entwicklern, Verantwortlichen und typischen Adressaten
- Themen umfassen Organisationsprozesse, Digitalisierung und Assistenzsysteme, KI Kollaboration und internes Marketing (Storytelling)
Your Profile
- Ein auf Kommunikation und Medieneinsatz ausgerichtetes Hochschulstudium z.B. Kommunikationswissenschaften, Kognitionswissenschaften, Medienwissenschaften, etc.
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der digitalen Mediengestaltung
- Kommunikationssichere Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Engagierte Mitarbeit im Team und das Interesse an einer selbständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Tätigkeit
- Bereitschaft, die Zusammenarbeit in Form einer Werkstudierendentätigkeit und/oder Bachelor-/Masterarbeit, weiterzuführen
