Pre Flight Design and Production Specialist
Summary
On-site print production role in Saint George, UT: set up customer orders and designs using tools like Adobe InDesign, run pre-flight checks and basic production tasks, and hand-deliver finished products to customers to ensure satisfaction.
The purpose of this role is to help on the front end of the workflow to help with design and order setup based on customer specifications. This role would require some experience in design platforms, such as In-Design.
The other part of this role is to help downstream in the workflow to ensure that tasks are completed correctly as part of the customers order. This may include pre-flight and basic production roles. It may also include delivering final products to customers as a part of the customer experience. To help a customer on the front end of the workflow setting up their designs and being able to delivery the order in person to ensure they are pleased with their products can produce a great customer experience.
