Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Location

Philadelphia, PA — Full-time, on-site. Join our team in a professional, collaborative office environment where you'll work directly with attorneys and colleagues to make a meaningful impact every day.

Note

Must have 2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury pre-litigation experience, including hands-on experience managing injury claims, coordinating medical records, and supporting cases before litigation.

Job Description

• Manage personal injury pre-litigation cases from initial intake through settlement preparation.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and helping them navigate the claims process.
• Request, collect, review, and organize medical records, medical bills, accident reports, and other important case documentation.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties to keep claims progressing.
• Prepare settlement demand packages, correspondence, and supporting documentation for attorney review.
• Track medical treatment, case deadlines, insurance claims, and settlement progress.
• Collaborate with attorneys and the legal team to build strong cases and achieve positive outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury pre-litigation experience.
• Experience managing personal injury claims, medical records, and insurance communications.
• Familiarity with settlement demands and pre-litigation case preparation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently while maintaining excellent client service.
• Pennsylvania and New Jersey personal injury claims experience is a plus.
