Smith Family Funeral Homes, in partnership with Cyrus Life Insurance Company, is seeking a self-disciplined, goal-oriented individual passionate about prearranging funerals and excelling in commissioned sales with a generous new hire fast start bonus structure.

We provide the potential to earn a six-figure income in the first year, supported by lead generation, ongoing training and dedicated management support. While insurance experience is beneficial, it is not required.

• Appropriate state life insurance license or ability to obtain one.
• Knowledge of state laws governing applicable state's insurance department and funeral homes, preferred.
• Naturally skilled in nurturing and building strong relationships.
• Proficient with computers and technology.
• A clear driving record with the ability to travel to many locations.
• Must be well acquainted and successfully utilizing current forms of communication, such as e-mail, texting, etc.
• The ability to operate a business independent of supervision and shadowing.
