Pre-Production Engineer

Experience: 1–3 Years

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Pre-Production Engineer with experience in modular furniture to support design planning, material selection, and manufacturing readiness for kitchens and wardrobes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and improve designs for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and related furniture

  • Assess design feasibility based on materials, finishes, and client requirements

  • Coordinate with production and purchase teams for design viability

  • Prepare 2D/3D drawings, cut lists, and Bills of Material

  • Work closely with visualizers and manufacturing teams

  • Ensure designs are practical, trend-aligned, and production-ready



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering

  • 1–3 years of experience in modular furniture / shop drawings / BOM & BOQ

  • Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, ProE, or similar)

  • Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes

  • Good coordination, communication, and Excel skills
