Overview:

We are seeking Pre-Sales Advisors to engage with customers, understand their needs, address concerns, and help guide them toward the right products or services. The ideal candidate has strong sales and retention experience, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Salary Package:

• ₱28,000 base salary

• Up to ₱11,000 incentives

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and understand their needs.

• Provide product and service information.

• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Handle customer concerns and objections professionally.

• Apply retention strategies to maintain customer relationships.

• Identify and develop sales opportunities.

• Meet individual and team sales and performance targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of Retention and Sales experience.

• Strong communication and active listening skills.

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle objections and identify customer needs.

• Results-oriented and motivated by achieving targets.

• Amenable to work on shifting schedules.

• Willing to work onsite in Lanang, Davao City.
