Pre-sales (Cloud Solution)

Responsibility

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer requirements and tailor public cloud solutions to meet their needs.

• Support sales teams in creating proposals, responding to RFPs, and preparing various sales documents and presentation materials.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to design solutions that align with clients' business requirements and IT needs.

• Create high-level architecture designs and diagrams in collaboration with Solution Architects to effectively communicate solutions to stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a technical account manager, collaborating with cloud engineers to provide ongoing technical support.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and client expectations.

• Provide technical support during the sales process, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

• Participate in proof-of-concept projects and develop test cases to validate the effectiveness of proposed solutions.

• Maintain a proactive learning mindset, continuously updating your skills to meet team and client demands

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related IT field.

• 2 years or above experience in the IT sector. Exceptional fresh graduates with strong knowledge may also be considered for the Associate Cloud Solution Consultant role.

• Familiarity with public cloud computing technologies such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, and GCP is preferred.

• Public cloud certifications are a plus.

• Ability to work independently, with strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Mandarin.
