Pre- Sales Enablement Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong, client-facing Pre-Sales Consultant to join the inSPire platform team. This role is ideal for an experienced Implementation Consultant or Pre-Sales professional who is smart, analytical, and able to rapidly absorb and communicate complex concepts. You will help shape how clients experience the inSPire platform, preparing compelling demonstrations, configuring environments to meet client-specific use cases, and articulating the value of the solution with confidence and clarity.

This role sits at the intersection of product expertise, solution design, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be an ex‑Implementation Consultant or an experienced Pre‑Sales Consultant who can rapidly develop deep product knowledge, confidently engage with stakeholders, and translate client use cases into tailored demonstrations.

Platform Expertise & Environment Configuration

  • Gain expert-level understanding of the inSPire platform, its modules, and architecture.

  • Configure demo and sandbox environments to reflect client-specific workflows and data.

  • Develop and maintain reusable demo assets, configuration templates, and solution patterns.

  • Troubleshoot configuration and environmental issues as needed.

Client Demonstrations & Pre-Sales Execution

  • Lead the preparation and delivery of tailored demonstrations of the inSPire platform based on client use cases and areas of interest to deliver compelling, client-specific demonstrations of the platform.

  • Confidently present platform capabilities to senior client stakeholders - translate complex client requirements into clear solution narratives leveraging inSPire's capabilities

  • Support sales cycles with detailed solution walkthroughs and value-focused presentations.

  • Create proof-of-concept (POC) configurations demonstrating how the platform addresses client challenges.

  • Participate in discovery sessions to understand client needs and tailor solution positioning.

  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence requests with accurate and persuasive material.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with Product Management to provide insights on client needs and market trends.

  • Work closely with inSPire Implementation leadership to ensure proposed solutions align with delivery capabilities.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to client-facing colleagues on platform capabilities and constraints.

  • Provide articulate feedback to the Product team on feature gaps, recurring client themes, and areas for potential innovation.

Technical Competency

  • Perform hands-on platform configuration across workflows, data models, and UI components.

  • Understand integration patterns and discuss technical concepts with clients confidently.

  • Analyse operational workflows and translate them into platform demonstrations and narratives.


Market & Domain Expertise

  • Bring deep understanding of Investment Banking operations—particularly Structured Products and Derivatives lifecycle processes.

  • Provide thought leadership in client discussions, positioning inSPire against market trends and operational pain points.

  • Stay current on regulatory, operational, and technology developments within the capital markets domain.


Required Experience & Skills

Professional Experience

  • Approximately 10 years of experience in structured products, derivatives, or operations technology.

  • Background in investment banking, a derivatives/structured products platform provider, or a related service provider.

  • Experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant or Implementation Consultant.

  • Proven ability to learn complex platforms rapidly and operate in client-facing technical roles.


Technical Skills

  • Experience configuring enterprise platforms or operational workflow systems.

  • Strong understanding of data structures, workflow logic, and integration points.

  • Ability to configure and maintain demo environments, including reference data and workflow configuration.


Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to simplify and articulate complex technical concepts to mixed audiences.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Comfortable working at speed and managing multiple parallel workstreams.

  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to articulate value propositions.
