We are URGENTLY looking for a PRE-SALES ENGINEER.
What You'll Do
Support Sales teams in gathering and confirming technical requirements.
Conduct initial site assessments, including space, mounting, and power requirements.
Recommend suitable products, configurations, and solution packages.
Prepare draft quotations, technical components, and cost breakdowns.
Review specifications, quantities, compatibility, and quotation accuracy.
Coordinate with suppliers for product specifications and technical documentation.
Assist in product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Prepare technical materials, layouts, solution outlines, and supporting documents.
Assist with compliance matrices and technical documents for government bids.
Coordinate with the Service Team on site surveys and installation requirements.
Coordinate task priorities and support requirements with the Sales Team Leader.
Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Visio, and basic AutoCAD/layout tools.
At least 2 years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales support, or related engineering roles.
Experience with AV, display, digital signage, and related hardware/software solutions.
Knowledge of AV/IT hardware, structured cabling, and basic electrical requirements.
Strong technical, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Able to understand technical requirements and recommend practical solutions.
Detail-oriented, organized, and results-focused.
Willing to travel for site checks, demos, and client support when required.
