About the role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Pre-sales (ERP: Oracle, Netsuite) to join our team.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams on customer opportunities, developing roadmaps and sales strategies.
Present the application solution articulately, addressing customer queries effectively and emphasizing the solution's value proposition.
Design customer-centric solution frameworks based on detailed requirements, ensuring alignment with client expectations and our organization's strategic direction.
Create and deliver engaging presentations tailored to the unique demands of customers and conduct dynamic demonstrations of ERP application features, highlighting their benefits and efficiencies.
Oversee or collaborate on Proof of Concept (PoC) projects with offshore teams to demonstrate the solution's breadth and capability.
Work closely with the sale team, implementation/services teams and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Travel to customer locations or other locations and attend meetings as required to effectively manage the presales process.
About you
At least 5 years of experience in presales or consulting roles with ERP solutions.
Experience with ERP solutions such as Oracle, Netsuite, SAP, or Coupa is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong questioning and listening skills to uncover customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Good presentation and demonstration skills.
Ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and understand a variety of businesses.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with a positive and proactive attitude.
