Pre-Sales Executive (Cybersecurity)
Salary: $6,000 – $8,000 per month
Provide technical pre-sales support for a range of cybersecurity solutions and services.
Understand customers’ business and security requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Work closely with the sales team to develop technical proposals and solution recommendations.
Design and present cybersecurity solutions based on customer requirements and existing IT environments.
Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations and Proof-of-Concept (POC) sessions where required.
Collaborate with OEM/vendor pre-sales teams to position the most suitable solutions for customers.
Assist with technical requirements for tenders, quotations and proposals.
Keep up to date with the latest cybersecurity technologies, products and industry trends.
Provide technical clarification and support throughout the sales cycle.
Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field.
Min 2 years experience in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure or technical pre-sales preferred
Good understanding of cybersecurity solutions such as firewalls, endpoint security, network security, SIEM, IAM or related technologies.
Salary: Up to MYR 8,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6.30pm
Working Location: KL Sentral
