Pre-Sales Executive (IT Infrastructure)
Salary: $6,000 – $8,000 per month
Provide technical pre-sales support for servers, storage, virtualization, and networking solutions.
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable infrastructure solutions.
Design and propose solutions based on customers’ technical requirements, budgets, and existing IT environments.
Prepare solution designs, technical proposals, Bill of Materials (BOM), quotations, and presentations.
Conduct product presentations, solution demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
Engage with OEMs, distributors, and technology partners on solution design, product specifications, pricing, and the latest technologies.
Support tender/RFP/RFQ submissions by preparing technical specifications and compliance documentation.
Assist with Proof-of-Concept (PoC) activities and solution evaluations when required.
Keep up to date with the latest developments in server, storage, virtualization, cloud, and networking technologies.
Provide technical handover and support to the implementation/project team after successful sales closure.
Requirements:
Min 2 years of experience in infrastructure pre-sales, system integration, infrastructure engineering, or a related role.
Good knowledge of servers, storage, virtualization, and networking technologies.
Familiarity with major OEM solutions such as HPE, Dell Technologies, Lenovo, VMware/Broadcom, Nutanix, Cisco, Huawei is an added advantage
Salary: Up to MYR 8,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6.30pm
Working Location: KL Sentral
