【Position Overview】
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and customer-facing experience, offering troubleshooting, issue tracking and technical support to our clients.

【Key Responsibilities】
1. Provide technical support to customers.
2. Respond to technical inquiries related to the product.
3. Track and resolve customer issues.
4. Suggest suitable product configurations.
5. Support key projects.
6. Create and maintain support materials for channels and customers.

【Required Qualifications】
1. Basic understanding of x86 and ARM-based PC systems, with knowledge of computer configurations and the ability to recommend solutions to customers.
2. Hands-on skill for computer troubleshooting.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Basic understanding of software, particularly in relation to application and support.
6. Familiar with Linux OS and Windows OS.
