Pre-sales Salesperson

About the role

At Grupo Crit we are looking for a Pre-sales Salesperson to join a dynamic, growing project within the food and consumer goods sector. If you are passionate about customer service, have a commercial spirit, and are motivated to work towards objectives with autonomy, we want to meet you!

What you'll do

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving your assigned route through:

• Commercial management and pre-sales: Visiting and performing direct pre-sales on the assigned route.
• Brand and product: Product presentation and brand implementation at points of sale.
• Control and auditing: Supervision of agreements with customers, control of prices/RRP and auditing of the point of sale collecting information about the competition.
• Preparation and logistics: Checking and preparation of orders for subsequent distribution.
• Distribution and delivery: Distribution and delivery of goods directly at the point of sale.
• Collection and cash management: Collection of orders placed and bank deposit of the funds collected.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience: At least 1 year in pre-sales roles, retail, sales representative, or door-to-door sales managing a high volume of daily visits (highly valued in the food or consumer goods sector).
• Training and tools: Minimum ESO or Graduado Escolar qualification, along with computer/office automation skills at a user level.
• ESSENTIAL Requirement: Valid driver's license.
• AVAILABILITY TO TRAVEL AROUND SOUTH MADRID.
• Your competencies: Results-oriented person, with initiative, dynamism, perseverance, extroverted character, people skills, and good organizational capacity.

What you'll get

• Contract: Temporary (3 months) full-time from Monday to Saturday + transition to permanent staff (the company's real objective).
• Start Date: Immediate.
• Salary: From €19,500 gross per year (above the applicable collective agreement).
