We're Hiring: Pre-Sales Solution Engineer (Electrical - Data Centre)
ByteBridge is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Solution Engineer (Electrical) to support the design and delivery of data centre infrastructure solutions across the APAC region. What You'll Do
Partner with the Sales team to provide technical pre-sales support throughout the project lifecycle.
Analyse customer requirements and develop data centre infrastructure solutions for cloud, AI, enterprise, and mission-critical environments.
Design and propose solutions covering:
Electrical power systems
UPS systems
Cooling infrastructure
Prepare technical proposals, BOQ/BOM, technical specifications, and tender documentation.
Conduct technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and customer discussions.
Work closely with Project Delivery, Supply Chain, and technology partners to ensure solutions are technically feasible, commercially competitive, and deliverable.
Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regional standards.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in data centre or mission-critical infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of:
UPS systems
Transformers
Standby generators
MV/LV electrical systems
Experience in solution design, technical consulting, or pre-sales engineering.
Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end data centre projects, from solution design through implementation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Experience
Experience with international data centre projects.
Exposure to modular data centres, AI infrastructure, or high-density computing environments.
Experience with System Integrators (SI), EPC contractors, colocation providers, data centre operators, or hyperscale customers.
Familiarity with leading data centre infrastructure vendors such as Schneider Electric, Vertiv, Eaton, Siemens, ABB, Huawei Digital Power, Delta, Legrand, or Panduit.
