Pre-Sales Specialist

At Aceve, we back the builders of society. Founded in the Nordics and growing across Europe, we build digital tools for the people who construct and maintain our physical world - giving electricians, plumbers, and contractors back their time, clarity, and confidence. With over 900 employees across 8 countries, leading brands in 7 customer markets, and more than €100M in revenue, we're on an ambitious growth journey, and we're just getting started. We're an AI-first company, and we work with grit, openness, and a good dose of joy.

We're building the next chapter of Aceve's success story and are looking for an experienced commercial profile to strengthen our Danish sales organization. If you know how software gets sold — and enjoy being the person the whole team turns to — this could be the role for you.

What We Offer

• A key role in a growing international organization, with real influence over how we sell and onboard our solutions

• A senior, specialist position where your commercial experience is the main asset

• A close-knit sales team, with weekly team meetings and a desk buddy in the Copenhagen office

• Location: Copenhagen, Denmark. Office-first, with flexibility when needed

• Thorough onboarding and continuous support to help you succeed

• Opportunities for personal and career growth in an international company

Your Role

As Pre-sales Specialist, you are the commercial bridge between our sales organization and our systems. You join customer meetings and dialogues as the voice that explains how our solutions actually work — and, more importantly, what they're worth to the customer's business.

You'll be the local go-to person for Salesforce and our product suite, supporting the sales team with fast, clear answers in a high-tempo environment. In some cases you'll run meetings on your own and you'll be involved when customers onboard new departments or products.

You belong to the sales function, work closely with account managers on developing existing customer portfolios, and you're measured on how well the commercial side succeeds around you.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the commercial and product expert in customer meetings and sales dialogues

• Support the sales organization with product, system, and process questions — quickly and clearly

• Own the local Salesforce and order-management know-how, and be the first point of contact for the team

• Run selected customer meetings independently

• Support customers onboarding new departments, products, and ways of working

• Translate system capability into customer value — always from the customer's perspective

• Collaborate closely with account managers, customer support, and the wider international organization

• Sales reporting - Working with sales reporting from Snow flake/salesforce

What We Value

• 10+ years of commercial experience in B2B — sales, account management, or a comparable customer-facing role

• A genuinely commercial mindset: you understand the sales rep's reality and what it takes to win business

• Experience working with Salesforce or as an administrator/super user in another CRM

• Experience from SaaS or software, and a real interest in how systems create value for customers

• A calm, grounded, and trustworthy presence — you handle a fast-paced sales team without getting frustrated

• Strong communication skills and comfort being the voice in the room

• A service-minded approach, ideally with some background in customer support or a similar function

• Fluent English, both written and spoken
