Job Summary

As a Preschool Educator at NTUC First Campus, you will inspire and guide children to build a strong foundation for their future. You will prepare them for primary school through quality education in a joyful and supportive learning environment that fosters confidence and growth.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and guide children to develop a positive learning journey and build a strong foundation for their future.
• Deliver quality early childhood education to prepare children for primary school readiness.
• Create and maintain a joyful, supportive learning environment that enhances children’s confidence and enjoyment of learning.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support children’s development and learning progress.
• Demonstrate a caring, approachable, and responsible attitude to foster a nurturing educational experience.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (DPT or DECCE-T) or higher.
• Hold a Secondary School or Singapore-Cambridge GCE Ordinary Level (O Level) certificate.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
• Show passion for early childhood education with warmth, empathy, and responsibility.
• Students currently pursuing a Diploma in Early Childhood Education in Singapore, graduating within 6 months, are welcome to apply.
