• Female candidates only
• Education: Graduation, NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), or ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education)
• Good communication skills

• SALARY & TIMINGS:
• 15 - 16K For Timings- 8:30 2:30 PM or 1:00 PM-7:00 PM
• For Timing 10:00 AM -7:00 PM Salary 30 - 32K In hand
• Working Days- Monday Friday (5 days a week)

Role Overview

The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging learning experiences, ensuring child safety, maintaining classroom discipline, and fostering a nurturing and supportive environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching and Curriculum Delivery

Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
Implement the curriculum in accordance with academic guidelines.
Prepare teaching materials and learning aids in advance.
2. Childcare and Safety

Ensure constant supervision of children.
Maintain a safe and secure classroom environment.
Handle children with care, patience, and sensitivity.
3. Classroom Management

Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization.
Arrange learning materials and classroom displays appropriately.
Promote discipline and positive behaviour among children.
4. Parent Communication

Provide regular updates to parents regarding children's progress.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and discussions.
Address parent queries politely and professionally.
5. Documentation and Records

Maintain accurate attendance and student records.
Track children's developmental milestones and progress.
6. Team Collaboration

Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff members.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
