Job Description\:

• 5 - 7 years of experience in Customer Communication Management (CCM) with strong expertise in Precisely EngageOne Designer, Server, and Vault.
• Hands-on experience in CCM migration and modernization projects, including legacy platform to EngageOne migrations.
• Strong knowledge of template design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Experience working with XML, XSD, AFP, PDF, HTML, and document composition solutions.
• Good understanding of EngageOne Server, Vault, CDMS, output generation, archival, and correspondence management processes.
• Ability to analyze requirements and prepare technical specifications, design documents, and solution approaches.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, and enterprise application integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and release management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, defect resolution, performance optimization, and production support experience.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, business teams, and developers while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Experience supporting functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Proactive contributor to knowledge sharing, process improvement, and CCM best practice initiatives.
