Work Conditions:
1. Employment Period – One year, unless the employment is terminated earlier in
accordance with the law, with an option to extend up to a maximum of 63 months.
2. Working Days per Week – 5 days; one week day shift and one week night shift.
3. Working Hours per Day – 12 hours per shift.
4. Salary – In accordance with the law and the specific procedure, and no less than
NIS 6,784 gross for 182 working hours.
5. Overtime Hours – In accordance with the law.
6. Subsidized Meals – Breakfast / afternoon meal at a cost of NIS 0.40 per meal;
lunch at a cost of NIS 2.75 per meal.
7. Social Benefits – In accordance with the law.
8. Accommodation – At the company’s expense and through the service provider,
as part of the services provided by the service provider.
As detailed in the engagement agreement.
9. Transportation – Shuttle transportation at the company’s expense.
10. Private Medical Insurance – At the company’s expense.
11. Personal Equipment – At the company’s expense.
