Job Profile

  • Title: Precision Operator (Trainee)

  • Location: Waluj, MIDC, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar

  • Department: Production

  • Reporting to: Production Supervisor


Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and perform high-precision operations on critical components

  • Ensure quality and consistency in every piece produced

  • Follow all safety protocols and cleanliness standards

  • Use basic measuring tools for checking accuracy (after training)

  • Maintain proper documentation of work done

  • Work closely with senior operators to understand process intricacies

  • Handle tools and materials with discipline and care


Requirements


  • Minimum 12th Pass, ITI (Fitter or similar), or equivalent preferred

  • Freshers welcome; no prior technical knowledge required

  • Physically fit and capable of handling tools and seated/manual work for extended hours

  • Must be a fast learner with good attention to detail

  • Willingness to work in a focused and high-accuracy environment

  • Ready to commit to learning and becoming a long-term part of the team
