Position Summary
Oversee the administrative and coordination functions of the Preconstruction Department, managing proposal preparation, documentation, and team support.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train and mentor Preconstruction Coordinators.
- Manage proposal schedules, submission requirements, and compliance tracking.
- Oversee bonding, insurance, and qualification documentation.
- Coordinate RFQ/RFP responses with marketing and BD teams.
- Understands and prepares front end bid documents including but not limited to bid forms, bid bonds, MWBE participation requirements and corporate documents and questionnaires.
- Maintain templates, standards, and preconstruction tracking tools.
- Manage vendor relationships for Preconstruction purposes.
- Manage industry organizations and event participation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 7+ years of administrative or management experience within construction or professional services.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent written communication and document management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Education / Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
