through condition monitoring technologies, data analytics and reliability
engineering techniques</span></li><li>Identify developing failures and recommend preventive
or corrective measures</li><li>From collected data or past history, optimise
maintenance strategies and maintenance plans to improve equipment reliability
and minimise unplanned downtime\</li><li>Work closely with maintenance engineers and
technicians to develop equipment recovery plans based on condition monitoring
findings</li><li>Develop and own condition monitoring programmes for
the plants, including developing the trends and analytics needed for visibility
of equipment health</li><li><span>Monitor and evaluate industry trends in condition
monitoring technologies</span></li><li>Work with relevant stakeholders on the development of
AI analytics for spotting early warning signs of failure</li><li>React to alerts from AI analytics, verify the alert
and escalate as needed and where necessary, work with the digital team on improving the behaviour of the AI analytics programme</li><li>Support Root Cause Analysis or failure investigations through
condition monitoring and data analytics</li><li>Identify recurring failure modes and recommend
improvements to eliminate or reduce repeat failures</li><li>Support the maintenance planners in the identification
and execution of cross-plant synergies</li><li>This role will be primarily responsible for the mechanical
systems in power generation and utility plants</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><span style="margin:0px;"><b>Qualifications & Experience</b></span></p><ul><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;">Degree in Mechanical Engineering required</li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;">Minimum 3 years of experience in a process plant
environment (Utilities, Oil & Gas, Chemicals</li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;">Experienced in condition monitoring, rotating and
