Premium Seating Operations Supervisor - Allen County Catering

Job Description

Responsible for the oversight and delegation of responsibitlites with the food service operation for the premium seating department. Responsibilites to include but not limited to inventory, customer service, food preparation, food safety, and sanitation procedures. Essential functions and responsibilities may vary.

Job Responsibilities

• Stock
  • Checking stock needs and placing stock orders for both the warehouse and kitchen
  • Coordinating delivery of stock and ensuring items are delivered
  • Putting stock away in the appropriate places
  • Keeping shelves, liquor cabinets, walk-in coolers organized
  • Checking expiration/use by dates
  • Create and maintain par levels
  • Checking stock of suite cabinets and bars
• Coordinate monthly inventory
• Supervise kitchen/pantry operations during an event
  • Manage pre-orders and ensure they are complete and delivered in a timely manner
  • Ensure side work and end of the night duties are completed by event staff
  • Resolve any issues with kitchen or warehouse
  • Resolve any issues with event day staff
  • Setup of work stationsand break down, cleaning and sanitizing of work stations.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including accurate food safety and sanitation
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred
• Previous food service experience required
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extending walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).
