Prep Cook

Prepare ingredients and basic menu items for the Golf Course restaurant and special events while maintaining clean, sanitary and well-organized kitchen, prep and storage areas. Support cooks and Food and Beverage staff to ensure food is prepared safely, accurately and on time.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; Previous food-preparation, kitchen or restaurant experience preferred; an equivalent combination of training and experinece may be considered
• Must possess or be able to obtain a Valid Food Handler's Card
• Valid Drivers License may be required based on assigned duties
• Basic food preparation methods, kitchen sanitation and safe food handling pratices
• Ability to follow recipes, written instructions, prep list and verbal direction
• Ability to use the kitchen tool and equipment safely and maintain an organized workstation
• Professional appearance, good grooming and a positive, cooperative disposition
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of classified/sensitive information
• Must be able to establish and maintain productive working relationship with co-workers and management and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned
• A record of satisfactory performance in all prior and current employment as evidenced by positive employment references from previous and current employers
