Prep Supervisor

Have you worked in a Prep Department before and are looking for the next step up? This is the perfect position for you! Use the experience you already have to guide others to success while managing your own detail department. You will be responsible for managing new and used car prep and making sure our customers receive the top service they expect.

What You Will Do

Assign work to your employees in a fair and equitable manner

Act as a liaison between the detail department, sales, and service staff

Work with management on your employee’s performance

Manage the prep process for new and used vehicles including repair orders, dispatching, and detail

Provide a safe work environment

Requirements

Previous detail experience preferred

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
