Prep Team Member

AM Prep Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all prep responsibilities (washing produce, preparing salads, slicing chicken, etc.)
• Exhibit stewardship of all food product and packaging by minimizing waste and/or overproduction
• Stock prep area inventory as needed
• Keep the prep area neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening & transition tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

• Be willing and able to work 5:30AM-2PM, 5 days/week. Required to be available on Mondays, Fridays, & Saturdays.
• Have the ability to lift and carry 50lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to lift items above head
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
