Prepress Graphic Designer

This is a remote position.

ARTISTIC TEST needs to be completed before your interview with the client.

Our client is a hospitality art company with 40 years of industry experience, producing custom and licensed artwork for hotel brands. We're looking for a detail-obsessed Prepress Graphic Designer to join our production team.

What you'll do:
  • Prepare final art files for large-format printing, canvas, and framed reproduction across hospitality installations
  • Perform color correction, image resolution checks, and file cleanup to ensure print-ready accuracy
  • Set up bleeds, trims, color profiles (CMYK/spot color), and proofing for multiple substrates and vendors
  • Catch and resolve file errors before they hit production, this role is the last line of defense before print
  • Collaborate with the creative team to translate design files into flawless production-ready output
  • Maintain organized file archives and production specs across active projects


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or related field
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Portfolio demonstrating graphic design, layout, and presentation work
  • 2+ years of prepress, production art, or print production experience (hospitality, décor, or large-format print a plus)
  • Working knowledge of color management, print specifications, and file prep
  • Sharp eye for detail and consistency, nothing gets past you
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment & Expectations

While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

⏱ Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits

1 Monthly Salary: PHP 35,000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines' public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation

  • 10 days annual leave credits
  • 5 days of sick leave
5. HMO offered after 6-months probation
6. Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days
7. Annual salary review
8. Laptop provided after 30 days
9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
10. SHIFT TIMES: 9 PM to 6 AM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
