Presales Application Engineer (C)

Position Summary:
This is a technical pre-sales role focused on solution consulting, customer engagement, and technical problem solving rather than sales execution.
We help customers adopt Advantest solutions by understanding their technical challenges and supporting solution validation together with internal teams (Solution Marketing, R&D, and Service Sales).
Training is provided, and we welcome fresh graduates and engineers who are interested in customer-facing technical roles.

Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers to understand their technical challenges and needs.
2. Support customer meetings, solution discussions, product demonstrations, and workshops.
3. Work with Account team to understand customer applications and propose suitable solutions.
4. Support Proof of Concept (PoC) activities and customer evaluations.
5. Collaborate with Solution Marketing, R&D, and Service Sales to address customer requirements and feedback.
6. Provide technical consultation, translate customer needs into actionable requirements, and maintain effective customer relationships throughout the engagement process.
