Presales Consultant (Internet Data Center)
About the role
Provide IDC solution design according to customer needs, ensure architecture design, system design, IDC solutions to meet customer needs and provide daily IDC business support. Manage IDC demands, maintain IDC daily business operations, and study the technical evolution of IDC to design CMI IDC solutions, IDC business management and technical support methods.
Key responsibilities
Provide IDC solution design according to customer needs, ensure architecture design, system design, IDC solutions to meet customer needs and provide daily IDC business support
Manage IDC demands and maintain IDC daily business operations, including business opportunity collection, schedule monitoring, IDC procurement support, IDC solution support, and other IDC services
Study the technical evolution of IDC and design CMI IDC solutions, IDC business management and technical support methods
Manage and provide regular progress updates during the IDC business support project lifecycle for A-end and B-end customers
Conduct risk management, procedure optimisation, and escalate all outstanding issues during the provisioning stage
Consolidate, revise and update internal reports weekly and monthly
Work with overseas customers outside office hours if necessary
About you
Bachelor's degree or above
Minimum 5 years of experience
Familiar with the functions of server, network and other network hardware and software
Experience in big data, AI computing, Internet and other related fields
Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
IDC technical support experience is preferred
