Presales Consultant - IT Collaboration

Job Description:

- Project scooping, systems architecting, proposal generation and proof of concepts execution

- Evaluating the clients current infrastructure to determine what will be the precise collaboration solution

- Consulting with clients to develop a roadmap for the post-sales phase

- Recommending appropriate collaboration product and solutions which are based on their feasibility

- Perform Proof of Value for proposed solutions

- Designing the Low Level and High Level design of customers collaboration system and environment

- Act as support for a new installation; integration into the existing system, migration, and monitoring which included all of the project documentation

Requirements:

- Hold a Bachelors degree (S-1 degree) in Information Technology or Computer Engineering from a reputable university

- 2 years of professional experience in managing the presales engineering phase, design process, or deployment process of IT Collaboration Solution

- Proven experience and knowledge of Cisco Collaboration solution (Unified Communication, Webex, MTR, Contact Center) or other reputable brand

- Possessing an Associate/Professional level of Cisco's Collaboration certification (CCNA/CCNP - Collab)

- Competency in network infrastructure is also a must

- Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; work under limited guidance in line with a comprehensive plan, or strategy.
