Presales Consultant (Tech Logistics)
Summary
Presales consultant for a tech logistics vendor: presents the company's logistics platform (TMS, fleet/telematics hardware) to customers, builds business cases and proposals with the sales team, and co-designs solutions that improve operational efficiency and cut costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Present a Logistics Platform to enhance operational efficiency for customers.
Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals.
Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
Propose Hardware solutions to improve workplace safety, collect driver behavior data, and track transportation locations for future business analysis.
Optimize operational performance and reduce business costs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
2 - 3 years of experience in Logistics operation, consultant or related field.
Good understanding in TMS, Enterprise System and Supply Chain / Inventory systems is a plus.
Good in presentation skill.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
