What You’ll Do
As a Presales Engineer, you will play an important role in transforming customer business needs into the right technology solutions.
Gather and analyze customer requirements to identify business and technical needs.
Analyze, develop, and propose appropriate technical solutions, including technology and equipment recommendations.
Prepare solution designs, Bill of Material (BoM), Scope of Works (SoW), project schedules, and technical proposals.
Present and explain proposed technical solutions to customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Concept (PoC) when required.
Coordinate with vendors, principals, and distributors to obtain technical specifications, pricing, demo equipment, and other required information.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all required information is ready before project implementation.
Keep up to date with the latest developments in Network, Security, Cloud, and ICT technologies.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Presales Engineer, Solution Engineer, System Engineer, or similar role.
Good knowledge of Network, Security, and Cloud-based solutions is an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fast learner, proactive, and willing to explore new technologies.
Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, principals, and internal teams.
