ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are a recruitment company and helping a leading global technology solutions provider hire Presales Manager/Director. You'll drive pre-sales strategy and enterprise IT solutions targeting large enterprise companies. This is a strategic role for a consultative sales professional who can translate complex business needs into compelling technical solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Business Analysis & Solution Design – Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements; translate business pain points into end-to-end technical and commercial solution proposals
• Client Engagement & Demonstrations – Deliver product demonstrations and technical workshops; arrange POC testing; present solutions to stakeholders
• Proposal & Tender Management – Draft comprehensive bidding documents, technical proposals, cost breakdowns and tender response materials; etc.
• Sales Support & Account Growth – Collaborate with sales teams on new customer acquisition; identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Channel & Partnership Development – Build and maintain relationships with financial system integrators, channel partners and industry associations; launch joint go-to-market campaigns
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education – Bachelor's degree or above
• Sales Experience – Minimum 3 years in pre-sales, solution consulting or technical sales (enterprise software, or data analytics)
• Strong understanding of digital transformation (Cloud, AI, Data), customer operations, able to design business architecture independently
• Client Management – Proven track record delivering large-scale tender projects and closing complex enterprise deals; familiar with bidding compliance rules
• Communication Skills – Capable of independent client meetings, proposal writing; strong presentation and negotiation abilities
• Language Proficiency – English (working language); Thai. Chinese is a plus

• Prior experience at multinational tech vendors (SAP, SAS, HP, IBM, or equivalent enterprise software firms)
• Tech consultancy background (IBM, Accenture, Cognizant, etc.)
