先進工業電腦視覺解決方案新事業發展部（Advanced Industrial Computer Vision Solution BD, AICBD）基於AI深度學習、AI行為辨識與即時影像分析等核心技術，致力於開發並銷售先進的 AI 視覺方案，專注解決製造業在人工作業與人機協作（HRC）上的各項痛點。作為智慧製造整體解決方案的重要一環，輔助企業實現生產製造全流程的智能化，與無縫數位化管理。讓人工作業不再是瓶頸，讓人機協作更為高效！

<Responsibilities>

• 負責 AI視覺解決方案之銷售，包含新商機開發、新客戶建立與客戶關係維護
• 負責商務談判、專案報價、合約管理與銷售目標達成
• 能深入了解客戶生產流程與痛點後，提出解決方案，並引導客戶優先使用標準方案
• 與技術、產品、專案團隊合作，完成 PoC、Demo 與方案落地
• 於市場開拓過程中，同步蒐集市場情報、競品情報，洞察客戶痛點、需求，協助產品開發與市場定位
• Responsible for the sales of AI vision solutions, including new business opportunity development, new customer acquisition, and customer relationship management.
• Handle business negotiations, project quotations, contract management, and sales target achievement
• Understand customer manufacturing processes and pain points, propose suitable solutions, and guide customers toward adopting standard solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and project teams to complete PoC, demos, and solution deployment
• Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer needs/pain points to support product development and market positioning.
