Description
- Understand clients’ IT and cybersecurity needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Design and present end-to-end technical solutions and architectures.
- Support the B2B sales cycle through technical presentations and client consultations.
- Prepare RFPs, RFIs, and technical and commercial proposals.
- Collaborate with sales teams and vendors to develop competitive solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term commercial relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Provide technical advisory on cybersecurity solutions, risk management, and security assessment services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT or Cybersecurity Presales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, and solution architecture.
- Experience preparing RFPs, RFIs, and technical proposals.
- Knowledge of MSP and MSSP business models is preferred.
- Established professional relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT Managers, and CEOs are a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Business-level English and Arabic.
