Summary
The Presales / Technical Consultant will support cybersecurity solutioning by conducting POCs, delivering technical presentations, and providing pre-sales and post-sales support. The role focuses on technologies such as EPP, EDR, PAM, SD-WAN, SASE, SOAR, and SIEM.
💰 Salary: Up to SGD 7,000

We are looking for a Presales / Technical Consultant to support cybersecurity solutioning, technical presentations, and customer engagements.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with sales and product teams
- Conduct POCs, solution presentations, and technical workshops
- Prepare technical proposals and recommendations
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
- Keep up with emerging cybersecurity technologies and solutions
Requirements
Experience in one or more of the following:
- EPP / EDR
- PAM
- SD-WAN
- SASE
- SOAR
- SIEM
Experience with the following products will be advantageous:
- Palo Alto Prisma Access / SD-WAN
- Palo Alto Cortex XDR / XSOAR / XSIAM
- CyberArk
